The name Ayurpura combines two words from Sanskrit:
Āyur, meaning life, and Pura, meaning purity.
Together, they express the essence of our work — Ayurveda in its purest form. A millennia-old system of health that views the human being as a whole and seeks to restore balance between body, mind, and the rhythm of life.
We do not see this tradition as a concept of the past, but as timeless knowledge that can offer guidance even in the modern world.
